De plus, l&rsquo;avoine ne supporte pas la submersion ou l&rsquo;engorgement.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em><u>L\u2019avoine\u00a0et ses qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nous avons s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 l&rsquo;avoine comme base c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re pour l&rsquo;ensemble de nos granolas car cette <strong>c\u00e9r\u00e9ale<\/strong> poss\u00e8de bien des <strong>qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles<\/strong>. Elle convient parfaitement aux v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens et v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens car elle propose des apports prot\u00e9iques quotidiens suffisants.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avoine est une source importante de fibres que ce soit des fibres solubles et insolubles\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans les fibres solubles, nous retrouvons du b\u00eata-glucane en quantit\u00e9 dans l\u2019avoine, qui participe \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du mauvais cholest\u00e9rol LDL et donc du cholest\u00e9rol en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Une alimentation riche en fibres solubles peut \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 normaliser les taux sanguins de glucose et d&rsquo;insuline, ce qui peut aider au traitement des maladies cardiovasculaires et du diab\u00e8te de type 2. En effet, le b\u00eata-glucane ralentirait l\u2019absorption des glucides dans l\u2019intestin, ce qui diminuerait la glyc\u00e9mie apr\u00e8s les repas, entra\u00eenant par le fait m\u00eame une r\u00e9duction des besoins en insuline. Il serait donc un aliment \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier par les personnes souffrant de diab\u00e8te de type\u00a02.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quant aux fibres insolubles, elles aident \u00e0 atteindre rapidement la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 et am\u00e9liorent le transit gr\u00e2ce au fait que les flocons d\u2019avoine vont vite gonfler une fois ing\u00e9r\u00e9s et vont stimuler les intestins pour ainsi faciliter le processus de digestion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Soulignons aussi le fait que l\u2019avoine soit la c\u00e9r\u00e9ale \u00e0 l\u2019index glyc\u00e9mique le plus bas, cela aide \u00e0 stabiliser les pics d\u2019insuline sur la journ\u00e9e et ainsi \u00e9viter la fatigue du pancr\u00e9as.
